Leroy Lacy has been part of The Uniform Solution family for over four years. He first heard of us from a medical scrub vendor, who happened to be one of our Connected Partners. Our connected partnerships improved the efficiency of retailers' businesses and improved each vendor's relationship with their customers while reducing errors and staff involved in order entry and customer service operations. In 2020, Leroy purchased The Uniform Center, which was using The Uniform Solution at the time. This allowed Leroy to adopt a new point-of-sale and learn how The Uniform Solution helps run a uniform retail business instead of opting for a new POS system.

The Biggest Impact:

The biggest impact on The Uniform Center’s business has been the WebStore. Leroy appreciates that he can see stock levels in real-time allowing him to anticipate when new items will arrive and provide customers with accurate ETA’s. This efficiency gives customers more confidence when ordering, eliminating the uncertainty of the waiting game. Leroy updates his WebStore by adding photos and vendors, when needed, to give his customers a memorable and efficient shopping experience.

With the help of The Uniform Solution Team, Leroy has learned how to use the WebStore and work through any questions that come up. He also uses the support training resources on our website to practice and learn more about our numerous other features.

Favorite Features:

Besides the value the WebStore adds to Leroy’s business, he finds other features in The Uniform Solution instrumental in his daily operations. Setting the minimum and maximum values, checking and setting inventory levels, and auto-creating purchase orders are just a few. For example, setting maximum and minimum values helps when you need to generate purchase orders- when an item gets to your minimum desired level, it can automatically be ordered in your next PO. These features allow The Uniform Solution customers to easily keep up with their desired inventory levels while also saving time.

The Uniform Solution has significantly improved Leroy's inventory counts. He can now complete inventory in two days by himself, saving time and allowing him to focus on other tasks. Previously, it took almost a week, and interruptions from running the store led to inaccuracies.
